1. VEMA Dog Show Manager - integrated software solution for dog shows management:

a. Online dog show entry system:

I. Dog owners accounts.

II. Dog management: adding new dogs, adding pedigrees, champion diplomas and working certificates.

III. Dog show entries: each dog in owner's account can be entered in the dog shows that are open for their respective breed. All dogs can enter in CACIB or CAC shows, but for Club Shows or Special CAC Shows the allowed breeds list is restricted.

IV. Entries payments: the system is interconnected with SimplePay for online card payment processing. On request, we can connect with other card payment processors. The owner of the SimplePay account is the kennel club and you receive the money directly in your bank account.

V. Class change option: the owner can change the class of his entered dogs and a fee can be charged for this.

b. Electronic invoice: for each confirmed payment an invoice is generated and is sent to NAV, the dog's owner and to the Kennel Club.

c. Entry fees: the systems allows for differentiated entry fee based on:

I. Entries deadlines.

II. Number of entered dogs and judging class.

III. National Kennel Club member or foreigner.

d. Real time statistics: dog shows statistics are automatically generated based on confirmed payments.

e. Online dog shows entries management system: with an administrator account you can:

I. List and manage owners and their dogs.

II. List and manage dog shows entries: see details, cancel entries.

III. Send email messages to the dogs owners for clarifications.

f. Dog Shows management application:

I. Judging list and breeds allocations / show management.

II. Catalogue generator.

III. Judging reports, entries payments (by type: online card, bank transfer, payment at the show) reports.

g. Starting numbers / competition numbers: generated and sent through email for each entered dog.
